Credit Card Fraudsters Face Charges

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Bandar Magistrate's Court yesterday ordered for the three Chinese Malaysian men including the woman who is suspected having 54 forged credit cards to be further remanded at the police station.

DPP Hj Nabil Daraina PDH Badaruddin made the application yesterday pending further investigations on this case.

Meanwhile, the other Malaysian man, Ngu Chien Siew was released on bail of $5,000 or one local surety.

Lim Choon Chye, Chan Chong Kian, 48, Sim Yan Moh, 37, Wong Yuet Ngor and Ngu Chien Slew were jointly charged having in possession of 54 forged credit cards.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
