Fitness Zone to open soon

Fitness Zone, Brunei's largest and
state-of-the-art fitness centre which will open soon by early February
has received a very good response from the public with 200 people
already signed up as members.
An information counter which is
located at the 1st floor of Centrepoint in Gadong since December 27
last year also provided interested individuals with the information
they need regarding the centre.
General manager of Fitness Zone, Mr
Goh Kiat Chun, believes that there is a need to show the public here
the importance of proper health training and Fitness Zone will provide
everyone the training at its one-stop fitness centre.
Fully equipped with the world's
renowned equipment provider such as Nautilus and Star Trac, the 10,000
square feet fitness centre also provides other additional facilities
such as boxing studio, cardio theatre, circuit training, express zone,
group cycle studio, group exercise classes, members lounge, spin cycle
studio, sauna, stretch area, book & video rental, weight training,
beauty salon, sports café, junior care, massage, nutritionist,
physiotherapy, pro shop, personal training and a wide range of fitness
programmes.
Adding to that, Fitness Zone which
will open from 6 am to 12 midnight will also be introducing 30
different types of aerobics classes by its certified fitness
instructors.
Several 6-week intensive fitness
programmes such as weight loss and cellulite loss are also some of the
high-lighted programmes which will be introduced by Fitness Zone.
What differs the fitness centre from
all others in Brunei is the availability of a junior care where
children can just hang out in the care of its staff members while
parents work out in the gym.
Fitness zone has already recruited
around 20 staff members including 3 physiotherapist, 2 nutritionists,
6 aerobic instructors, 3 personal trainers as well as several
administration staffs and membership consultants.
Prior to registration, members will
each receive a free consultation with its certified nutritionist and
physiotherapist to basically tailor their needs to get the proper
training according to each individual's need.
Around 200 people have already
received a free joining fee for Fitness Zone which is worth $500 and
promotions to extend the offer will be coming soon.
Currently Fitness Zone has joined
hands with its corporate partners including more than 30 companies and
20 restaurants in Brunei to introduce its current promotions.
Interested individuals may also
browse through the website at www.fitnesszone.com.bn which will be
operational before Chinese New Year.
Fitness Zone is also a member of the
International Health Racquet and Sports Club Association (IHRSA) and
all members of Fitness Zone will automatically receive a HIRSA
passport which can be used at over 3,000 clubs worldwide to make use
of its guest privileges.
