Science College's orientation ends
with prize presentation

The orientation programme to welcome
hundreds of new students at the Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan Science
College came to an end yesterday with a prize presentation ceremony.
One of the new students, Awang Haziq
bin Awang Husaini representing the new Form 1 students thanked the
teachers and the school for organising the orientation and giving
their support to the students.
He said that although the orientation
was short, the students had learned how to respect each other and most
importantly become responsible students.

Kamaludin, said she was proud of the teams who received the prizes.
For those who didn't win, she said
she hoped they were not disappointed as they had tried their best.
The Acting Principal of the school,
Cikgu Pg Sarimah Binti Pg Haji Ahmad, presented the prizes.
The students read the oath of the
school led by one of the Form 1 students.
The five-day orientation programme
that included activities like Ice Breaking, seminar and Telematch,
introduced the culture of Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan Science College
in the hopes that the new students will become dedicated and
responsible students.
The orientation also sought to build
the students' self-confidence, teamwork, competitiveness and love for
the college.
