High school students get ‘feel' of
vocational study

Some of the students who recently completed their short courses at
Jefri Bolkiah Engineering College (MKJB)
Fifty students from Sekolah Menengah
Pengiran Jaya Negara Pengiran Abu Bakar, Kuala Belait were awarded
certificates after successfully completing their short vocational and
technical courses at Jefri Bolkiah Engineering College (MKJB).
The short courses were conducted from
December 1-28, 2003. Certificates were presented by the Acting
Principal of MKJB, Cikgu Ibrahim bin Hj Abd Rahman.
Among the objectives of organising
such a programme was to give upper secondary students a 'feel' of
study life at vocational institutes and to introduce to them some of
the technical courses available at MKJB.
