Clamped for violating traffic rules

How would the owner of this vehicle reacted when he discovered that the tyre of his car had been clamped? It is against traffic regulation to park a car at a 'No Waiting' area so it is advisable to be safe than sorry by obeying traffic rules to avoid paying a hefty fine.
