Brunei Hosts International Islamic Banking Conference

Bandar Seri Begawan – Brunei will host an International Conference on Islamic Banking and Finance at the Empire Hotel and Country Club for three days beginning tomorrow, January 5.

The conference carries a theme, foundation and contemporary issues.

The objective of this conference is to provide a theoretical foundation to the subject and analyze the contemporary issues facing the development of Islamic banking and financial markets in the region.

Several papers will be tabled by local and foreign speakers who are expert and well-known in the field of banking and finance.

Participating fees will be $100 for students, for a group of not more than five persons will be $250 for an individual.
