Knowing Taiwan Exhibition

A "Knowing Taiwan" exhibition showcasing all the historical moments of old Taiwan and the magnificent changes of today Taiwan including its economic achievements took place on Saturday at the new office of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office at Simpang 100 of Jalan Tungku Link in Gadong.

Taiwan which is rich with cultural attractions still preserves the Chinese culture and it is a free democratic land where you can experience the true nature of Chinese.

The exhibition yesterday was graced by some VIPs and it was opened to all the members of the public in the country.

Those who visited the exhibition were impressed as they were captured by the natural attraction of Taiwan. The visitors were also given a video presentation aired for public viewers.

All the guests present were presented with souvenirs.

They were also entertained with traditional music and cultural performance of the island.

The exhibition covered a wide topic including the tourism industry, tea art, photography, food and calligraphy.

"Knowing Taiwan" exhibition is aimed to widen the knowledge of the people in the country about Taiwan. It also hopes to enhance the good relationship between the Sultanate and Taiwan.

The one-day exhibition had received an overwhelming response from the general public who turned up in a big crowd to view the real life of Taiwan.
