New RBA service centre at BIA

Royal Brunei Airlines has a newly opened Service Centre Office at the Brunei International Airport terminal providing advance packages, issuance of tickets, reservations and enquiries on flights. It is managed by 4 to 5 staff on daily routine basis to handle passengers' matters. Items like souvenirs are also on sale at the centre for RBA passengers in particular as well as the general public.
