First baby of the year

Fourteen New Year babies were born in Brunei with Brunei-Muara District coming tops with 11. Two other babies were delivered in Kuala Belait and one in Tutong. The first to arrive three hours and 19 minutes into 2004 was a baby boy born to Dyg Norhana Hj Mohd Yassin (above), her seventh child. The baby was delivered at RIPAS Hospital.
