More Money For Kampong Ayer Fire Victims

Bandar Seri Begawan - The fund for Kampongs Sekuna and Ujung Klinik fire victims received more donations yesterday from the public, although it has been closed since November last year.

A donation of more than $6,398 came from the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Foundation. The contribution was handed over by its Managing Director Dato Haji Abdul Ghani.

Meanwhile, the Mosque Religious Affairs Department donated more than $29,236. Department representative Pengiran Haji Yunos handed over the money.

The cash was the collection from donation boxes located at mosques throughout the sultanate.

Both donation were received by the Acting Brunei-Muara District Awang Haji Alimin.
