Bandar Seri Begawan - A 27-year-old Thai national who was barred from entering Brunei, but got in again using a different passport, was yesterday fined $3,000 or three months in jail by Senior Magistrate Radin Shafiee Radin Mas Basuni.

Immigration Prosecuting Officer Moharefandi Hj Md Tahir said the woman, Chutamani Phaethaisung was first arrested on October 22 last year on suspicion of being involved in immoral activities.

As a result, she was lawfully removed from Brunei and was barred from entering the country.
