Local Man To Pay For Drugs

Bandar Seri Begawan - A local man has been brought before the Bandar Seri Begawan Magistrate Court for consuming for methyl amphetamine (syabu) and possession of utensils used to consume drugs.

Mohd Hasbi bin Haji Ahmad, 28, was fined $2,000 or in default three months in jail.

Officials from the Narcotics Control Bureau arrested him in January 2002 near RIPAS Hospital in the capital.
