Chagat and his masterpiece, the Chinese 'Jaded Lions' butter
sculpture found at the Sheraton Utama Hotel lobby.
Sheraton Utama recently welcomed
Mr Chagat Anak Saban to the Sheraton family in the capacity of a
Kitchen Artist. With over 17 years experience, Chagat has come a
long way. He possesses a wealth of experience gained throughout
his work at several prominent hotels in Malaysia. He also
assisted in training and set up art departments for the
pre-opening of hotels.
In his new capacity at Sheraton
Utama, Chagat is expected to assist Executive Chef Rodney in the
implementation of new ideas and concept decorations for Deals,
Tasek Brasserie, and also for banqueting. He will be designing
innovative and exciting centrepieces and theme decorations.
