Persatuan Warganegara Malaysia
(PWM), in conjunction with the upcoming Chinese New Year, will
hold a festive gathering 7 pm at the Riverview Poolside on
February 13.
Malaysian citizens who are
residing in Brunei are welcome to attend the function, which is
aimed at fostering a better relationship among the countrymen,
and to share the joy of the approaching Chinese New Year.
Malaysian High Commissioner
Datuk Salman has been invited as the chief guest.
Lion dance is set to be the
highlight of the evening.
Meanwhile, the association will
participate for the first time at the 19th National Day Parade
on February 23 at Taman Sir Muda Omar 'Ali Saifuddien in the
capital.
At least 300 members are
expected to show up at the historic event.
