Gun-toting man back in court

The 51-year-old gun-toting man will be brought back to court for further mention on February 26 as applied by the Magistrates' Court on Friday.

In the meantime, Nudin Hj Tuah's bail was extended until the date of mention.

He is facing a charge of having possessed a rifle measuring 3 feet 8 inches long, without a licence issued by the licensing officer, whereby he had breached Rule 2 of the Arms and Explosive Act, Chapter 58.
