Charity Extravaganza With Anita Sarawak

Bandar Seri Begawan - Anita Sarawak dazzled the audience last Friday night at the Royal Berkshire Hall in the Jerudong Park Country Club, which was filled to capacity for the JPCC Charity Extravaganza 2003.

The event was jointly organised by JPCC and the Community Development Department of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.

Prince 'Abdul Malik attended as the guest of honour.

As the lights dimmed, the audience viewed a short video clip presentation followed by a performance by the children, which the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports organised.

Dr Koh spoke on some of the amazing children with special abilities who could memorise vast amounts of words or dates in a short time.

A stylish fashion show featured streetwear from Giordano and smart-casual attire from British India. Elegant eveningwear was also shown courtesy of Koleksi Noor Mutiara. Alsec Couture had the models wearing lovely traditional Malay wedding attire.

Prince 'Abdul Malik was presented with a token of appreciation for gracing the event. Hj Omarali Hj Daud, the Marketing Director of RBA presented 100 pieces of children's activity kits, courtesy of RBA to Hjh Zaliha - Director of Community Development from the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
