His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain yesterday visited the Royal Regalia building, Jame Asr' Hassanil Bolkiah mosque and toured the Sultan Hj Hassanal Bolkiah Islamic gallery at the State Mufti office. Present to greet His Highness' arrival at the Royal Regalia building was the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Pehin Dato Seri Paduka (Dr.) Hj Awg Hussain. The building is a home to a collection of royal regalia including the royal chariot, gold and silver ceremonial armoury, the jewel-encrusted crowns used during the coronation and a replica of the throne, which His Majesty uses in state occasions.

At the State Mufti's Office, His Highness were greeted by the State Mufti, Pehin Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Hj Abdul Aziz B. Juned and Deputy State Mufti, Pehin Dato Paduka Seri Setia Hj Awg Suhaili.

Located near the Islamic gallery are the Al-Quran, manuscripts, walking sticks and prayer beads galleries opened during the first international Islamic Exposition in August 2001.
