A work of art or merely an eyesore?

Graffiti appears to be a constant mischief in Brunei. The photo on the left shows 'SK' spray-painted on a wall beside a staircase of the Delima Jaya shopping complex, while the photo on the right shows an electrical sub-station at Simpang 135, Jalan Rimba with numerous doodling on it. People caught commiting such acts should be detered from doing it again.
