UBD And Oman Link Hands In Cooperation

Bandar Seri Begawan - Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) is committed to its policy of collaborating with other established institutions of higher learning overseas.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between UBD and the Omar Sultan Kabuz University were signed.

Signing on behalf of UBD was its Vice Chancellor Dr Haji Ismail while its President represented the Omar Sultan Kabuz University.

Under the MOU both universities agreed to encourage academic cooperation through research and study for the advancement of learning.

It also encouraged to exchange visits by faculties of both universities apart from facilitating the admission of qualified students from UBD and Omar Sultan Kabuz University for the purpose of enrolling in graduate programmes and in the case of advance graduate students participating in research.

The visiting delegating will leave Brunei today.
