Blocked sewerage

Motorist travelling along Menglait can't miss the foul smell as they pass the back roads leading to restaurants and workshops in that area. Shop owners and tenants have often complained about the odour emanating from a blocked sewer which is stinking up the place. The situation has yet to be rectified.
