The world famous Shoalin Kung
Fu warriors (pic) from China, presented by a newly established
company, Mach Event Management, will be thrilling crowds for the
very first time in Brunei at the Bolkiah Indoor Stadium in less
than two weeks.
Ticket sales have soared in
less than a month, said Management Director of Mach Event
Management, Mr Ang Swee Meng, noting that seating for the second
show which is on the Jan 18, 2003 (Saturday) have already been
filled.
The much-vaunted Shaolin kung
fu has stirred people to hurry to the nearest ticket outlets, as
billboards and banners have been set up in all four districts,
for the Shaolin warriors who will perform in a stunningly
choreographed production.
Shoalin Kung Fu is synonymous
with the finest and most extraordinary feats of discipline,
strength and courage, where the show will feature some 30 Kung
Fu experts displaying kicks, punches and use of esoteric weapons
with uncanny speed, power and agility.
Their stunning performance will
last approximately two hours with the promise of putting
audiences on the edge of their seat, whereas the old master and
young master displaying a high degree of mastery, physical
prowess and internal power, will literally make the crowd gasp
at times.
The five-day event commencing
on Jan 17 until Jan 21 will be a rare treat for families here.
It will be undoubtedly be a fantastic show that should not be
missed.
