Newer signs for safety

Photos are before and after shots of distance signs. All over the Sultanate, signs like the one on the left have been replaced with new ones like that on the right, which give better reflections at night when flashed by car headlamps. The signs recently erected are taller and easier to see. Made of steel, it is likely to be more durable or weather resistant.
