The Chairman Speaks And Committee Members Sing At Municipal Do

Kuala Belait - The Kuala Belait and Seria Municipal Department celebrated its 'Jalinan Mesra Aidilfitri' ceremony at the Government guesthouse. The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports organised the event.

The Chief Guest was the Deputy Chairman of Kuala Belait and Seria Municipal Board, Awang Abd Majid bin Alias who presented an Employee of the year award as well as memorabilia to employees who will be posted elsewhere. Retired employees also received mementos.

The Chief Guest spoke at the start of the event and several committee members sang. Other forms of entertainment such as a fashion show contest, best office decorator competition and a grand lucky draw were held to liven up the party. (Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin)
