Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah School Celebrate N-Day

Bandar Seri Begawan - Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah School students - Nursery, Kindergarten One and Kindergarten Two - yesterday joined in Brunei Darussalam's 24th National Day celebrations at the school's Taska multipurpose hall.

Among those participating in the school celebration was Pengiran Wajeeh Al-Bolkiah bin Pengiran Hj Mohd Hakimmuddin, grandson of His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hjh Zariah.

Also in attendance were Cikgu Hjh Zaiton bte Abu Bakar, School Headmistress, and Cikgu Alimas bin Hj Mohd Ali, Assistant Headmaster.

The event began with the hoisting of the national flag and the singing of the national anthem, which was followed by a doa and the singing of the school's song and a patriotic song.

The highlight of the celebration was the parade around the school compound.
