SMJA Celebrates National Day

Bandar Seri Begawan - SMJA yesterday celebrated Brunei's 24th National Day.

The event began with the national day pledge recited by the head prefect, Haziq Siddeq Asmad.

A presentation from the school's choir group followed suit, with a patriotic song called "Taat Setia".

This year's celebration included a prize giving presentation to students who participated in the prenational day contests organised by the school.

The contests included drawing posters and creating slogans.

An on-the-spot quiz was also held where students were randomly picked and asked national day questions.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
