Enlightening Visit To Pusat Ehsan

Bandar Seri Begawan - Pusat Ehsan yesterday received a visit from 38 teachers and parents of students from the Telanai Beribi Primary School.

On hand to welcome the visiting group was Pusat Ehsan Administration Head Haji Abd Hamid bin Maaruf.

The visit saw the group - which was headed by Assistant Programme Head Saiful Redzuan - gaining an insight into the roles and responsibilities as well as the various facilities and rehabilitation programmes available at the centre.

Following a briefing presented by Haji Abd Hamid, the visitors toured the various facilities, allowing them a chance to observe the students undergoing their respective programmes.

Pusat Ehsan is a non-government organisation that provides quality special education facilities and rehabilitation for special needs individuals in the country.

At present, the centre provides rehabilitation services to 102 special students, who are currently undergoing various programmes under the supervision of trained teachers.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
