Residents Warned Against Scrap Metal Collectors

Bandar Seri Begawan - Residents of Kampong Berangan, near the capital, voiced their concern over certain scrap metal collectors who they believed are allegedly stealing their belongings in the area.

One resident told the Bulletin that he lost his gas cylinder, which he kept outside the house.

He said he was leaving for work one day when he saw suspicious people wandering in the area, looking for scrap metals, adding there were aluminium sheets and scrap metals by the road.
