SUPAPANB Holds Thanksgiving Ceremony

Bandar Seri Begawan - Pengiran Anak Puteri Azeemah Nikmatul Bolkiah Religious School (SUPAPANB) yesterday held a thanksgiving ceremony in conjunction with Brunei Darussalam's 24th National Day celebrations.

The event began with the recital of surah alFatihah by Cikgu Awangku Saiful Zamri Pengiran Hj Sabtu.

In a welcoming speech by Hjh Siti Fatimah Hj H amid, Principal of SUPAPANB, she highlighted that newly-elected prefects must show commitment and potential as leaders that are trustworthy in assisting teachers and monitoring the school's harmony and discipline.

The ceremony also saw the recitation of surah Yassin and tahlil, led by Cikgu Shahrul Shamsudin, and a doa prayer by Asmawi Hj Maidin. A presentation of watikah certificates to prefects and 3K committee members and the recital of oath by SUPAPANB prefects were also held. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
