Concepts Rewarding Staff With Seoul Trip

Bandar Seri Begawan - Financial rewards alone are not enough to provide total employee satisfaction and local commercial supplier Concepts Computer is proving this with the utilisation of incentive reward systems that include annual all-expenses paid trips to popular holiday destinations.

Concepts, which was established' in 199 is one of Brunei's leading computer shops, popular for its competitive prices, as well as having a huge stock of affordable Acer desktop computers and laptops.

One customer has taken notice of the near-zero employee turnover. It seems, he said, that they are very happy working there.

Concepts has a strategy of offering hard-working staff members with various incentives, such as all-expenses paid trips to various holiday destinations, annually, and even twice a year for some, "I joined Concepts about seven years ago," said Am Suryani, a Sales Executive, "and I've been rewarded with trips to Japan, Thailand, Singapore and several Malaysian states."

She felt Concepts was the "best and most rewarding" company she has ever worked for. "All our paid trips even come with pocket money!" she added.

This year, Concepts is sending some staff members to Seoul in South Korea - the first trip for most of them - where they will enjoy a week's holiday of ice-skating and skiing.

"The company has paid more than $2,000 per head for this Korea trip. It includes travel insurance and shopping money. I'm so happy to be working here," said Concepts Technical Supervisor Asbri Limas.
