Zunic To Hold ‘Globesity Exercise’

Bandar Seri Begawan - Zunic Wellness will be holding a group exercise, as a public service to help fight global obesity, this Sunday. The exercise will run for three hours, from 7am to 10am, at the open-air car park at Plaza Athirah in Batu 1.

Zunic members are invited and they are welcomed to bring along family members and friends. It is also open to the public as the exercise is a free workout for everyone.

"For Zunic, this is our way of showing our concern and support in fighting obesity, especially here in our country, where people are not that conscientious about embracing healthy lifestyles.

"There will be no formal programme, just pure exercise for three hours," said Mayra Robles of Zunic.

This Sunday, Zunic will also be offering free 2009 joining fee for those who sign up for either a six-months' or 12-months' membership programme with the gym.

Members who upgrade to such packages will also be entitled to the free 2009 joining fee. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
