Baiduri Customers Get Lucky With Promotion

Bandar Seri Begawan - Winners of Baiduri Bank's Certificate of Deposit promotional lucky draw were presented with their prizes yesterday at the Kiulap branch of the bank.

Present at the event were Mr Pierre Imhof, General Manager of Baiduri Bank, Mr Ti Eng Hui, Deputy General Manager, senior bank officers and invited guests.

Baiduri Bank launched the first and second series of certificates in 2007, with each series bearing its own unique offerings. In conjunction with the launch of each series, the bank held a lucky draw promotion from September 1, 2007, to January 31 this year.

The Baiduri Certificate of Deposit is a close-ended medium-term investment with an attractive high yield. Customers could invest as low as B$500 and as high as B$200,000. All certificate holders were automatically entered into the lucky draw promotion with every B$500 entitling them to one entry in the draw.

There were 16 prizes altogether, the grand prize being a Toyota VIOS.

The top three winners were Mr Shim Jan Khiong and Yap Yuk Peng, Mdm Lee Kim See and Mdm Vun Lan Chin. The winner of the grand prize was Mdm Lee Kim See, while Mdm Vun Lan Chin won a 32-inch LCD TV and Mr Shim won a two-door refrigerator.
