PTA Holds General Meeting

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Pengkalan Batu Primary School Parents Teacher Association (PTA) held a general meeting to elect new committee members for 2008/2009 at its main hall yesterday.

The meeting was chaired by PTA advisor cum school headmaster, Cikgu Hj Umar Hj Mohammad.

Committee members appointed for the 2008/2009 session are PTA chairman - Hj Abd Aziz OKML Hj Md Yussof; deputy chairman - Cikgu Azhar Hamzah/Akob; general secretary - Awg Karim Momin; assistant general secretary - Cikgu Pg Shahrimie Pg Hj Shahbudin; treasurer - Hj Rosaimi Hj Lamit; and assistant treasurer - Ustaz Hj Saiful Hj Sani.

Other members who have been appointed are Hj Zaini Hj Baha, Hj Yahya Hj Murah, Awg Roslan Hj Mohammad, Awg Mahmud, Dayang Hj Bungsu, Dyg Maria and Dyg Rashidah. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
