Sheraton Staff Undergoes Training
At Westin

Begawan - Striving to deliver exceptional services, The
Sheraton Utama Hotel's Front Office/IT Manager, Ho Guan Hui, was
sent for across-exposure training at The Westin Kuala Lumpur
recently.
"Sheraton Utama Hotel delivers

continuing on 'above and beyond' tradition for their customers and
guests. The Sheraton Utama Hotel intentionally chose The Westin
Kuala Lumpur to establish the difference between the two brand
cultures to broaden knowledge and to also share best practices."
The two weeks cross-exposure
training focused more on the guest experiences within front office,
housekeeping and security departments.
"Our motive is to make our guests
feel a sense of belonging, and make the Sheraton Utama Hotel as the
perfect accommodation choice for both corporate and leisure
travellers," said Ho.
The Westin Kuala Lumpur was
presented with "Hotel of the Year" award in the Hospitality Asia
Platinum Awards 2007-2008 (Malaysia Series) as well as "Best Pastry
