Hamid Hj Abdullah as deputy secretary, Hazarnan Hj Abdullah as

manager for paddy fields at Wasan, as offered by the former Director
of Agriculture, Dr Hj Murni.
He said that the KPKB's vision and

paddy and rice industry. "KPKB hopes that it will be allowed to
perform an important role in the national paddy and rice industry,
while also assuming all social and commercial obligations, including
conserving, maintaining and managing the national paddy or rice
stockpiles," he stated.
He added that KPKB will propose to
the government through the Ministry of Industry and Primary
Resources to provide micro-credit loans without collateral to paddy
farmers. The cooperative will also apply to get quality paddy field
lots so that it can plant at the rate of three' times a year. -- Courtesy of Borneo
