Top 10 Baiduri Quiz Winners Get
Prizes

Begawan - Baiduri Bank yesterday announced the names of 100
winners in a quiz competition held in conjunction with the bank's
winning of the Bank of the Year Award 2007 for Brunei from the
Banker Magazine in UK.
In the prize presentation ceremony
for the top 10 winners was held yesterday afternoon, Mr Pierre Imhof,
General Manager of Baiduri Bank, said
"Without our loyal customers such
as you, we would not have progressed to become an award - winning
bank today. Thank you, our valued customers for placing your trust
in us and for your support throughout the years".
He handed the prizes to the
winners: Lau Futt Phing won the first prize, a holiday package for
two to Bangkok plus a $500 MasterCard CashCard.

bte Hj Talip won the second prize, a holiday package for two to KL
plus a $300 MasterCard Cashcard. Ho Chang Lin won the third prize, a
Motorola RAZR V8 mobile phone. Alias Hj Abu Bakar won the fourth
prize, an Ipod Touch (8GB). Other prizes were Sony mobile phones,
digital cameras and Ipods.
Ninety bonus prize winners won
dining and shopping vouchers at popular establishments. Their names
were announced in the Borneo Bulletin on Jan 31.Baiduri Bank shall
be contacting these winners to make arrangements for the collection
of their prizes.
The quiz from Dec 19, 2007 to Jan
18, 2008 drew over 2200 entries. Open to bank customers, section one
was a questionnaire about Baiduri's products and services, section
two required contestant to describe in less than 30 words why they
bank with Baiduri.
Bank Baiduri in November last year won the Bank
of the Year 2007 for Brunei in the banker awards from the Banker
magazine. Baiduri Bank received the Bracken Award, named after
Brendan Bracken, founding editor of the Banker in 1926 and the
chairman of the modern day financial times from 1945 to 1958.
Brendan Bracken epitomises the global spirit, vision and integrity
of the Banker and the Financial Times Group.
This is the fifth time Baiduri bank
