Sultan's Condolences To China

Bandar Seri Begawan - His majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send condolences to Hu Jintao, President of the People's Republic of China following the loss of lives and widespread devastation caused by the recent snowstorms in the country, according to a press release.

In the message, His Majesty and the people of Brunei Darussalam expressed support for efforts in overcoming these extreme difficulties.

His Majesty also sent his deepest condolences to the Government and people of the People's Republic of China, especially to the bereaved families. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
