IRK To Hold Knowledge Convention

Bandar Seri Begawan - The IRK Unit (Secondary, Technical and Vocational) will be holding a knowledge convention for its officers as well as head of religious teachers in conjunction with the Maal Hijrah.

The convention will be held on February 5 at Sam at the Islamic Dakwah Centre Hall. The lecturer will be Professor Dr Sidek Baba from the International Islamic University Malaysia.

The topic will be "Pendidikan Islam Memerlukan Metodologi Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran yang Dinamik" (Islamic Knowledge Needs Dynamic Methodological Teaching And Learning).

The guest of honour for the event will be the Director of Islamic Studies, Department of Islamic Studies, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Ustazah Hjh Kasmah Hj Siput. It will also be attended by officers and staff from her department. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
