Tutong Youth programme comes to a close

The "Belia Cinta Tanah Air" youth programme for Tutong District ended on Tuesday at the Balai Raya of Kampong Sungai Kelugos. The farewell function began with a speech from the chairperson of the event's organising committee, Awg Hj Ismail bin Hj Mohammad, followed by a speech from a youth representative of the programme. The guest of honour at the function was Acting Tutong Assistant District Officer Mohd Rizal Hj Zainal Abidin, who gave a speech and presented prizes to the winners for various events in the programme. Mohd Rizal also handed over the national flags to some of the participants to be returned to the Hassanal Bolkiah Sports Complex Games Village.
