S'wak Layer And Roll Cake Course

Bandar Seri Begawan - A Sarawag layer cake and roll cake making course will be held on March 4 at Sekolah Perdagangan (Business School) on Jalan Pasar Baharu in Gadong, a press release said.

It will be conducted by Puan Rabiah bt Amit, the Writer of a Sarawak layer cake and roll cake book.

The course aims to teach women teehniques of decorating the Saraw layered cake and roll cake.

Ten recipes will be taught during the course, and a bonus of five recipes will be given free to participants.
