Life In The FASS Lane With UBD

Bandar Seri Begawan - THE Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Universiti Brunei Darussalam, will hold an open day for Study at UBD today and tomorrow.

FASS lecturers will be at the booth to answer queries on studying social sciences at UBD.

The "Fabulous FASS: Life in the FASS lane" booth will inform prospective students on the wonders of learning social sciences and experiencing life.

Five hundred goody bags will be distributed to prospective students at the booth along with a "Fabulous FASS: A Guide Book", that reveals what goes on in the departments under FASS.

Information on clubs and activities and career opportunities are also included.

Ex-FASS students who had graduated and progressed in their careers are listed in the "FASS Students' Hall of Fame", along with words of advice on the benefits of studying social sciences.

The study of social sciences covers Sociology, Anthropology, English Language & Applied Linguistics, Geography, History and Malay Literature.
