Healthy Lifestyle Programme

Bandar Seri Begawan - More than 50 BLNG and refinery staff joined the "Healthy Lifestyles Programme 2007" at Liang Lumut Recreation Club (LLRC) in Kg Lumut.

It was organised by the HSEQ/5 (Health Safety Environment Quality) Department last Friday.

Participants completed a 5km run from LLRC to the Lumut Recreation Beach and back. For every per kilometre run, they were rewarded with $2. Whoever completed the 5km run each received $20. The money collected will be donated to charity.

Ash Rajap of the organising committee said it was the third time to be held since 2005. Last year it was held at Bukit Shahbandar in the Brunei Muara District. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
