RBPF Organises Thanksgiving Ceremony

Bandar Seri Begawan - Royal Brunei Police Force yesterday held a thanksgiving ceremony at the Police Surau at Police Headquarters in Gadong.

The ceremony was held in conjunction with the birthday of His Royal Highness Prince Hj Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Deputy Inspector General Police. His Royal Highness was born on February 17, 1974 at the Istana

Darul Hana. Present as the guest of honour was Pehin Datu kerna Setia Dato Paduka Seri Zainuddin Bin Jalan, Police Commissioner Negara Brunei Darussalam.

The ceremony began with Maghrib mass prayers and continued with the reading of Surah Yassin and a thanksgiving doa.

This was followed by a mass prayer of Isya led by Imam Sgt 1671 Pengiran Hj Ludin Bin Pengiran Hj Mat Tahir.
