Rizqun Restaurant Dining Treats

Begawan - Rizqun International Hotel Restaurant in Gadong is
offering a semi-buffet specially intended for patrons who wish to
dine with friends, loved ones and family members.
According to David Pragasam,
Director of Sales & Marketing of the hotel, this year's offering
would be more exciting with a wide range of sumptuous food prepared
by the hotel's chefs. Senior Sons Chef Firdaous said that the semi
buffet menu was part of a seasonal promotion.
The semi-buffet features a range of
appetisers called "Blossom Stars", which is made up of an assortment
of cold platters, salads and lettuce with various possible
dressings. Patrons could also create their own Caesar salads.
For the "Love Potion" or soup of
the day, a creamy mushroom soup with garlic croutons, seafood tomato
soup with parsley will be available.
Meanwhile the "Sensuality
Delicious" main course includes the citrus and herbs dust Loin of
Lamb with Rosemary Gastrique or apricot, chilly brushed baby chicken
with mushroom glaze and butter poached Salmon Tranche with
gingershallot confit, among others. Labelled "Sealed with a Kiss",
the dessert range includes almond flan, creme brulee, English apple
pie, fruit crepe, mango pudding,, apricot upside down and Empress
rice pudding, just to name a few.
As part of the promotion, women
