Authorities Order Restaurant Closed

Bandar Seri Begawan - A Restaurant in Mukim Telisai was ordered closed yesterday due to its unsatisfactory hygiene level and the lack of a Rampaian licence ownership.

Eleven officials from the Tutong Enforcement and Health Departments were involved in the operation led by the Acting Assistant District Officer of Tutong, Mohd Rizal Hj Zainal Abidin, and targeted restaurants around the mukim's area.

The Tutong District Office reminded restaurant owners to prioritise cleanliness at all times to avoid food poisoning and harmful diseases. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
