Traditional Dish With Japanese Twist

Bandar Seri Begawan - In Marking the Chinese New Year, all branches of Escapade Sushi are promoting a traditional dish called Salmon Yu Sheng with an exceptional Japanese twist.

It is prepared with finely cut vegetables for good luck and green packets of pepper that symbolise youth for women, red packets of salt that are believed to bring prosperity and prawn crackers for gold.

Another new dish, the Geoduck or Elephant Muscle, is flown especially via Singapore and served as Sashimi as well as sliced in thin sheets for freshness. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
