Costume Contest Attracts Children
Of All Nationalities

Husam Tammam in his Pakistani national attire won the girls' and
boys' categories respectively at the National Costume 2007 contest
held' at the lobby of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah in
the capital Sunday.
Amira
Sato in her Japanese costume came second while Ha Kyeong Kim in her
Korean attire was placed third. In fourth place was Shekainah Jones
in her Philippines costume while Abiha Shedin in her Indian costume
settled for fifth place in the girls' category.
In the boys' category, Ammar Tamman
in his Arabian national costume came second while Bruneian Md Aqiel
Khairi Md Alias was placed third. Abdul Kairil Mohammad, also in the
Bruneian attire came fourth while Sajid Hussain in his Pakistan
attire was in fifth place.
Organised
by Ideal Cafe & Grill in cooperation with Prime Media Event, the
participating boys and girls aged between three and 12 were also
judged for special award prizes.
Carl Brian Dadios and Shekainah
Jones won the People's Choice Award while Irsyadul Asyraf Hussaidon
and Amira Sato won the Ideal Smile awards. Ammar Tamman bagged the
