Seminar On Vision Correction Held

Bandar Seri Begawan - Vista, the world-class vision specialist from Malaysia, conducted a seminar last week at the Centre point Hotel in Gadong.

The educational seminar was organised due to popular demand since the first session was held in November 2006.

Five Bruneians who attended the first seminar have successfully undergone the LASIK procedure and are now happy with their new found freedom from glasses and contact lenses.

The educational talk was conducted by VISTA's Chief Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon, Dr Aloysius Joseph Low, on topics related to LASIK - the safest and most popular vision correction procedure, and reading vision as well as topics related to cataract surgery.
