PDS Secondary School Societies Inducted

Bandar Seri Begawan - A Total of 15 societies and over 50 officers of PDS Secondary School were recently inducted by principal Cikgu Radzuan bin Abdullah including new guilds Batik Painting Society, Warisan Budaya, and Chinese Cultural Club, according to a press release.

Cikgu Radzuan, in his welcoming speech, said, "The societies are student-based. You, the students, are the heart of the society. You decide, you organise, you plan, you implement and you only take the advice from advisors if you think are you are lost."

The officers and advisors took a pledge, led by head of Office for Student Development David Jhoy Sasis V.

During the induction, the Chinese Cultural Club showcased a thunderous drum performance while the Dance Society pumped up the event with their upbeat hip-hop moves. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
