RBC's Popular Culinary Class On March 10

Bandar Seri Begawan - Royal Brunei Catering is set to host another one of its popular culinary classes on March 10, featuring cooking techniques and tips on preparin€ delicacies ofAsia including karedok, daging empal kueh kura-kura.and kueh lapis keladi.

Chefs Ahmad Suharna and Hjh Minah will be on hand to facilitate the class, which will be held at Amigos Cafe of RBRC from 9.45 am until noon.

Participation fee is fixed at $30, inclusive of cooking recipes and sampling.
