Bistari Holds 'Dilema Wanita' Talk

Bandar Seri Begawan - A Religious talk "Dilema Wanita" was recently held at D'Anggerek Hotel, Berakas, organised by the Wives of Government Officers Association (Bistari) to mark the year of Hijrah 1428.

On hand to facilitate the talk was Ustaz Haj i Hassan bin Haji Metali from the Islamic Dakwah Centre.

The event, which was one of the activities held by the association to mark its 25"' anniversary, was aimed at shedding light on legal and social problems facing women.

Among the attendees were wives of ministers, deputy ministers, permanent secretaries and senior heads of departments as well as Bistari members. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
